STEP ONE:  Review the following documents

ONLINE APPLICATION (For New and Returning Families)


STEP THREE: Submit applicable forms to the office 

Vital Documents Required:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Current Immunizations
  • Health Examination (TK/K Only)

NEW FAMILIES: Once an application has been received, we will contact you to schedule a tour with the principal. In Addition to the forms & vital documents, please provide the following if available:

  • Copy of current Report Card
  • Copy of current Standardized Testing
  • Copy of current IEPs

PRESCHOOL FAMILIES: In addition to the enrollment forms and vital documents, the following forms are required by the state of California:
