STEP ONE:  Review the following documents

The following application/registration form is for current TK-5 students (going into Kinder-6th).  Students moving into TK in August will remain in the preschool program for June and July and do not require additional registration.  Students in middle school (6-8) are eligible to enroll and act as classroom assistants.


Students who are new to MBCS may apply if entering grades 1-6 for the fall (whether or not enrolling in MBCS for fall).  New, incoming kinder students are not eligible to start in the summer.  Those with existing 2021-2022 preschool applications will be notified about available space in the preschool for summer months.


STEP TWO:  Complete an online application below

(Electronic payment of fees is required to complete this step.)

STEP THREE:  Additional documents (if needed)

Submit any additional enrollment documents in the office (families/students new to MBCS will have initial vital docs and agreements; returning families will have one summer policy notice to complete).

covid-19 SUMMER PROTOCOL

As of 3/11/22 masks or NOT required in our school setting, though they are still "strongly recommended" by the CDPH.  


Students are NOT required to have covid vaccination, and are only required to stay home if/when they themselves are symptomatic for covid regardless of vaccination.


Summer registration costs MAY be eligible for refund depending on unavoidable covid-related circumstances (at administrative discretion).


These protocols ARE subject to notified-update up to and during the summer program itself based on shifts in public health and/or government regulation.
